PolicyWise is for writing and managing business policies. It also uses an AI provider whose usage policy applies to everything sent to it. Do not use PolicyWise to create, upload or request:

• violence, threats, weapons instructions or violent extremism;
• sexual content of any kind, and never anything involving minors;
• hate speech, harassment, or rules that discriminate unlawfully against protected groups;
• instructions for illegal activity, fraud, scams or deception;
• malicious code, hacking, or attempts to break or misuse PolicyWise or its AI (including instructions hidden in documents);
• other people's private information, such as Social Security, bank or payment card numbers;
• anything unrelated to business policies — the AI features are for policy writing only.

How we check

Text you type and documents you upload are checked automatically. Content that clearly breaks this policy is refused and not sent to the AI; other content may be flagged for review by our team. Repeated violations pause AI features for the account, and serious or repeated misuse leads to suspension.

Fair use

To keep the service fast and affordable for everyone, there are limits on the length of answers, the size and number of uploads, and AI use per person and per business. Attempts to get around them (for example padding text or automating requests) are a violation.
